The timber dryers installations are made in aluminum and stainless steel construction with a site (room) or a battery of several premises (rooms) with thermo walls that ensure optimal climate for the drying process. Besides the actual enclosure there has to be a technical site for setup for the equipment for command, control and monitoring of timber dryer.

STRUCTURA PORTANTA INTERNA
1. INTERNAL SUPPORTING STRUCTURES TIMBER DRYERS
Built from special aluminum alloy profiles 6060 T5 MIG welded with MEDIUM argon . Load-bearing columns have rectangular section and are locked into the pavement with a flange connection fixed in the concrete by bolts of CONEXPAND type. The structure for timber dryers is dimensioned to withstand a horizontal loading (wind or earthquake) of max. 40 kN and a vertical load (snow, sand, etc.) max. 2.5 kN / sm, being assembled with stainless steel screws of high strength. Static strength calculation of the bearing structure was approved by authorized personnel, as required by law regarding timber dryers.
2.THERMO-INSULATING WALLS AND ROOF TIMBER DRYERS

ECO HIGH TECH standard offer includes the construction of walls and roof for timber dryers, own design using special profiles of aluminum alloy horizontally arranged from bottom to top respectively to the roof from front to back at a distance equal to the width of smooth aluminum sheets respectively 1250 mm . Thus it gives the walls and roof givesa good bearing and in addition this partitioning provides good stability of mineral wool of high density inside its walls avoiding the possibility of compaction from up to down. The aluminum profiles are provided with channels where stucco # 0,9 mm aluminum sheet and garnish EPDM bradet type is entering and provides good sealing on one hand, and on the other hand a thermal break from inside to outside, energy loss in this case being minimal . On the exterior, walls and roof are made of pleated stucco aluminum sheets, special sheet for wall and special sheet for roof GREKOR type (Italy) or made in Romania with stucco sheet from ALCOMET. The sheet is stucked on special profiles with stainless kiplingers 6.3 x 19 fitted with neoprene gaskets for proper tightness. For timber dryers, the inside tightness between pillars and smooth sheet or externally between pleated sheets is made with a double layer of transparent silicone. Constructive characteristics of insulations, regardless of the type of construction, allow total incombustibility and further eliminate any heat loss.
3.TECHNOLOGICAL CEILING TIMBER DRYER
It is made from pleated sheet of aluminum and installed at a distance of 1000 mm from the ceiling. It aims to create, along with the roof of the cell, a tunnel for circulation of the air ventilated and heated by batteries placed on the width of the back wall or for larger variants at both ends of the timber dryer room.

4.LOADING DOORS AND VISITING DOORS TIMBER DRYERS
The doors can be hinged swing shift or monoblock on rolling track. They are made with an aluminum support structure (alloy 6060 T5) with a special groove for the introduction of a special EPDM 65 rubber gasket which ensures optimal tightness along its entire perimeter. Insulation is made with the same thermal insulation system with the same characteristics as the insulation used for walls and roof. Swinging doors can be 2 and open left - right supported by adjustable hinges mounted on poles channels in front of camera , and may be 4, forming 2 by 2 by a pliable panel that rests on the adjustable hinges Left - Right mounted on the timber dryers. The operation of the door monoblock version, is achieved by a special welded aluminum profile structure being suspended on a rolling track by means of roller trains. Door function is made by means of a manually operated hydraulic pump system. Alternatively door function can be done mechanically by means of a pinion-rack mechanism from Haacon (Germany). Choosing door system is optional for any model of timber dryer. Inspection door is located on the back wall of the cell drying system and it is provided with an opening system both from outside and inside when it is locked, thus respecting EU rules regarding operational safety.
5.VENTILATION INSTALLATION TIMBER DRYER
The inner surface of the roof together with false ceiling forms an air circulation tunnel driven by fans located in the middle. At the back end of the tunnel, on the entire width of the cell, air is forced to pass through the heating coil picking up the heat from pipes with fins, heat which will be transmited to the timber placed in the cell, Circuit slot being closed by existing false ceiling in front of the drying cell on the whole width of the cell. The ventilation done with reverse helical electric fans with speed of 1500 rpm, axial type, with 8 blades made of aluminum, with constant rotational speed in both directions. The propellers of the fans, manufactured in Italy, have statically and dynamically balanced blades. Electric motors are standard Siemens SIMOTICS GP have the power of 3KW, 380V, 50Hz, class H, tropicalized, IP65, guaranteed for operation in rooms with high temperatures, wet and corrosive rooms. Engine power depends on necessary air flow, on the opening and depth dimensions of the drying chamber. Each fan blade has a propeller with 8 alluminium blades mounted on the motor shaft and placed inside a cylinder of aluminum plate with a diameter of 800 mm. Aluminum blades are mounted in a body that allows adjusting the angle of inclination of each blade in hand - this adjustment being made by the manufacturer according to engine power and the required flow. The electric fans are mounted directly on port fans beam, which is designed to be perfectly balanced in terms of static. Their number varies depending on the volume of air circulated and in particular the size of the door opening. Optionally, we can deliver the timber dryers with fans with continuously variable speed through electronic inverter..
6.HEATING SYSTEM TIMBER DRYERS
The heating is done with heat exchangers made from stainless steel bi-metal tubes with extruded aluminum fins, welded in medium argon WIG process, which are placed along the length of back wall of the cell. Optionally, heat exchangers can be mounted as well on the front and back of the cell. The heating capacity of the heat exchangers is related to the size of the dryer. Thermal agent can be hot water with a temperature of 95 degrees C, water overheated at 105 degrees C or steam to 115 degrees C. The installation includes heat exchangers inside the drying cell, section of the pipes to the exit of the drying chamber and a valve, servo controlled, electric motor operated and adjusted completely automatic by computer. Valve has three-way for hot water and superheated water or two-wa for steam.
Heating plant for timber dryers consists of two parts: - the internal part I - which is located inside drying cell, the external part E - which is found outside of the drying cell. The inside of the instalation includes heating system consisting of the heat exchangers composed of finned tubes armature and the pipe lines to the outside of the back wall of the drying cell. Exchangers are placed in the back covering the entire width of the drying cell and provides heat transfer between the heating agent and the air in the cell. The inside of the heating system is executed by ECO HIGH TECH from stainless steel materials and aluminum alloy using its own technology for making aluminum fins on the pipe to achieve a perfect contact. Aluminum fins are extruded not rolled like radiators manufactured by our competitors. Welding components of the installation process is performed in protective TIG process with argon by welders authorized for such processes. Internal heating installation is tested before delivery on the test bench at a pressure of 4 atm The exterior of the heating system E - namely heat agent supply system from the generator up to the outside wall behind the drying cell - will be performed by the beneficiary under a scheme attached in Appendix. The supply with heat agent to the heating system is controlled by computer through a tap with servomotor or electrovalveor which will be delivered by ECO HIGH TECH and will be installed by the breneficiary in the outside heating system E according to diagram. Coupling the external heating system E with the internal heating system I to timber dryers will be done by the beneficiary. Please note that to eliminate heat losses, the elements that compose the external heating system E, including the tap wtih servomotor or electrovalve will be located closer to drying cell - it is best to be mounted in the technical premises located as close to the drying cell, premises that will be well insulated. After coupling internal system I with external system E to the timber dryers will proceed to supply the plant with heat - checking all the plugs, bends and taps not to leak. If the drying system is off and not working for a period of time will proceed to empty the heating system. Especially in winter, when temperatures can fall below 0 degrees C is necessary to empty the heating system to avoid the risk of frost and the ice cork forming that can damage the system.
7.Humidification System TIMBER DRYERS
The system is used to adjust the optimum air humidity of the timber dryers, humidity provided in the drying program and consists of a series of spray nozzles mounted on stainless steel pipe or pexal, powered by an electro-valve, electronically controlled. In order to eliminate pressure fluctuations of the water supply from the existing network, it is best for the system to include a pump with expansion vessel, hydrophore type equipped, this remains the responsibility of the beneficiary. Humidification system consists of two parts - the internal I part which is located in the interior of the drying cell and external E part located outside the drying cell. The internal part of the installation is manufactured by ECO HIGH TECH and consists of spraying nozzles mounted on stainless steel pipe or pexal fixed on the action area of the fan in the back zone (heating batteries zone) .exterior part of the system is executed by beneficiary according the scheme found in the Appendix and shall consist of the supply pipe connected to current water system, water softening system, tap, manometer and filter electrovalve (electrovalve provided by ECO HIGH TECH) for humidification process. External system location with all the controls elements will be done as close to the drying cell. It will provide good insulation to the external route system. For timber dryers it is shown where to locate these control elements in technical premises where the external heating systemis is also put.
8.Saturated air exhaust flaps for TIMBER DRYERS
Constructed of aluminum, fitted with actuators for opening and closing of the flaps simultaneous (flaps), the valves are installed on the front panel and allow saturated air exchange for achieving a optimum hygrometric balance within the cell. Optionally, if it is desired to produce white phage, it can be mounted in the valve a forced extraction system for obtaining a faster air exchange . In this case the tabs are provided with a special axial fans operated automatically by the program inserted in the equipment for command and control of these timber dryers.
9.CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEM (FIXING, SEALING) TYMBER DRYERS
All screws and mounting accessories are from stainless steel and are imported. The construction of timber dryers is perfectly insulated with special silicone, high temperature resistant. The materials are effective at high temperatures and humidity. All components used in the ECO HIGH TECH manufacturing process are CE certified and come from suppliers with certified quality management system ISO 9001/2008.4

10. TECHNICAL SITE TIMBER DRYERS
Optionally, it is delivered a technical site built from thermal insulated panels, located on the side or behind the intended location of these timber dryers and designed for electrical and electronic equipment as well as control equipment and heat distribution. The enclosure includes one or two rooms and is provided with access doors, windows, ventilation system and lighting.
